Mental Health Month is over for 2011
Many thanks to the local organisers across NSW who staged events to raise awarness about mental illness and promote good mental health in their communities. Mental Health Month 2011 was bigger than ever.
We are in the process of evaluating the 2011 campaign before we get started on planning for 2012. To make sure you get all the updates, sign up to our enews on the homepage.
In the meantime you can still download and enjoy some of our 2011 resources.

Wellbeing: Invest in Your Life factsheets
The theme for Mental Health Month 2011, Wellbeing: Invest in Your Life, encouraged participants to take a holistic view of health and wellbeing.
A person's overall wellbeing can encompass not just their mental health, but also their physical health, social health, spiritual health and community health.
These different domans of our lives can all work to support the creation and living out of happy, engaged, meaningful lives even in the presence of illness.
Download the Wellbeing: Invest in Your life factsheet.
You can also download this factsheet translated into 10 community languages by visiting the Transcultural Mental Health Centre.
