Resilience Conference

The Mental Health Association NSW thanks everyone who supported and contributed to our conference ‘Building Resilience – from surviving to thriving’ held on two days on Thursday 15 April – Friday 16 April 2010.

The conference was at the Masonic Centre, cnr Goulburn and Castlereagh Streets, Sydney and MCed by the wonderful Julie McCrossin.

Speakers from a variety of backgrounds discussed how to build resilience in four specific streams: the workplace, schools, in the community, and culturally. Half day workshops in all four streams were held on day 2.
