MHA - beyondblue DVD Project

In 2007, MHA and beyondblue provided many videostores across NSW with a set of DVDs about key mental health problems. The films, produced by Monkey See Productions, are available for free rental, and include the following titles:

• "Me Depressed? Don't Make Me Laugh!", presented by Spike Milligan
• "No More Bets Please", presented by HG Nelson
• "Manic Depressive Illness. A Guide to Living with It."
• "Living with Schizophrenia"
• "Fight or Flight: Overcoming Panic and Agoraphobia"
• "I Think, They Think" Overcoming Social Phobia

If you haven't seen the DVDs, you can borrow them a DVD from your local store. If you can't find them on display, ask the Store Manager where they are. Some stores may have put them back into general filing.

We have also distributed these films to most public libraries in NSW, and they also are available for viewing in our Resource Centre
